Add new text, images, shapes, highlights and annotations with the PDF editor. Separate tools add page numbers, headers, footers, watermarks and bookmarks, fill interactive forms or flatten form fields. These operations do not reconstruct all existing PDF content as editable text.
Drag and drop your PDF into the editor. The document loads instantly in your browser preview.
Use the toolbar to add text, numbers, watermarks, headers, bookmarks, or fill form fields. See changes in real-time.
Save your changes and download the edited PDF. The original file is never modified.
Add text, images, shapes, stamps, signatures and highlights on PDF pages.
Add page numbers, headers, footers and Bates labels using the displayed settings.
Add watermarks or attempt removal of supported existing text watermarks.
Use these editing tools in your browser without installing a desktop application.
The editor adds new text and annotations over the page. It does not reconstruct every existing text element for direct editing. You can also add images, shapes and stamps.
Use Page Numbers to choose position, starting number and the displayed text settings. Decimal numbers are applied to every page; there is no skip-first-page control.
Remove Watermark attempts to remove supported text watermarks. It cannot guarantee removal of every watermark, particularly marks baked into scanned images. Inspect the result for unwanted changes.
Bates numbering adds sequential page labels for document identification. Configure the available prefix, number and placement settings, then review the output.
Fill Forms works with supported interactive form fields. For a scanned or noninteractive form, the editor can add text overlays instead.
