Terms of Service

These terms define usage expectations for PDF FLINT tools and platform access. Last updated on October 18, 2026.

About these terms

These terms cover the PDF Flint website and document tools operated by Aamir Shahzad. By using the tools, you agree to these terms for that use. If you do not agree, do not submit files. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and Contact & Support explains how to reach us.

Your documents and permission

You keep your rights in the documents and content you provide. You give us permission to handle that content only as needed to perform your requested operation and deliver the result. You must have the rights and any required permission to process the files, use document passwords, remove restrictions or fetch a web address. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your instructions and content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, access documents or systems without authorization, evade technical limits, overload the service or interfere with other users. We may block abusive requests or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law or prevent harm.

Available tools and limits

Available tools can be used without a PDF Flint account or a service fee. Individual tools have file-size, format and processing limits. Some features depend on processing services that may be unavailable; Coming Soon features are not available. Processing can fail or change a document’s appearance, structure, metadata, searchability, accessibility, signatures or other properties. A successful download alone does not verify the output’s suitability.

Check results and keep originals

Keep an independent copy of your original files and inspect the downloaded result before relying on it. Check security-sensitive output, including redaction, permissions and password protection. PDF/A, accessibility, legal evidence and print-production requirements may require specialist validation. Automated checks are limited to what the tool describes and are not professional advice or certification.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the tools useful but do not promise continuous availability, processing times or compatibility with every file. Tools may change or be withdrawn for maintenance, security or technical reasons. The version of these terms shown when you use the service applies to that use; future revisions will show a new date. There is no hosted document-storage or backup service.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We do not promise that every output will be error-free or meet a particular professional or business requirement. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not remove applicable statutory consumer rights or remedies. We do not impose a blanket waiver of liability for all loss or damage.

Third parties and contact

External services and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Contact us through Contact & Support about a fault, complaint or these terms. Do not email confidential files or passwords unless a safe, necessary way to share them has been agreed. These terms do not require you to give up protections or court access provided by mandatory law where you live.
