A little context for your next step.
Change PDF page boundaries by setting crop margins for all pages or selected pages. Cropping hides content outside the new boundaries; the underlying content may remain in the PDF, so cropping is not secure deletion or redaction.
Select the PDF whose page boundaries you want to change.
Enter top, right, bottom, and left margins, then apply them to all pages or enter page numbers and ranges.
Download the PDF with updated page boundaries and inspect it in a reader. Content outside the crop area may still remain in the file.
No. The tool changes page boundaries. Content outside the cropped area may remain in the PDF and could be revealed by changing the page view. Do not use cropping as redaction or secure deletion.
This tool applies one set of four margins to all pages or to the page numbers and ranges you enter. Use separate runs if you need different margins for different groups.
You can enter margins to reduce the visible page area. This tool does not automatically detect white margins.
Yes. The page boxes and visible page dimensions are changed using the margins you set.
The original page content may remain in the file, but readers differ in how they handle changed page boxes. Keep the original PDF if you may need to restore it.
