Split a PDF using a target output size. Individual outputs may exceed the target, especially if a single page is already larger than it. Check downloaded file sizes before uploading or emailing them.
Select the PDF that needs to be split into smaller files.
Specify the maximum file size for each output file (e.g., 10MB, 25MB).
Get multiple PDFs, each within your specified size limit.
You can specify any size limit from 1MB up to 100MB. Common choices are 10MB, 20MB (Outlook), and 25MB (Gmail).
Pages are added to each file sequentially until adding the next page would exceed the size limit. A new file is then started.
If a single page exceeds the size limit, it will be placed in its own file. The file may exceed the specified limit in this case.
